We are expanding our staff and seeking a Controller to join our New Jersey team. This is not an opportunity to be missed! Our company is growing approximately 22% each year and we invite you to be apart of our success.

As a Controller you will provide financial reporting, budgeting and financial analysis for the organization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years in accounting with two (2) years experience as a Controller. The Controller will manage all accounting and finance functions for the Company such as financial reporting, internal controls, budget, tax and audit.

Additional responsibilities of the Controller will include but are not limited to:

  1. Supervision of accounting operations, with emphasis in accounts payable, payroll, cash management activities, order entry, fixed assets and general accounting.
  2. Implementation of strategic cost management controls.
  3. Generation financial information for senior management and shareholders.
  4. Management of budgeting and financial planning process, including annual budget, periodic re-forecasts, and regular measurement of performance against budget targets.
  5. Management of treasury function.
  6. Establish accounting policies and procedures to ensure that all financial reporting is in accordance with GAAP.
  7. Assist in creation of corporate policies and procedures.
  8. Assist with creation of new business metrics as needed.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

  1. BS in Accounting.
  2. CPA
  3. Minimum of 8 years accounting experience with at least 2 years of experience as a Controller.
  4. Experience with finance systems (experience with Dynamics).
  5. Strong leadership & management skills.
  6. Excellent verbal and written skills.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills.
  8. Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
  9. Strong business orientation and strategic, analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
