CheckPoint HR helps small to mid-size organizations automate all aspects of their human resource operations.We are expanding our staff and seeking Broker Sales Executives to join our New York team.
As a Broker Sales Executive you will work closely with New Business Sales Executives and open new insurance lines with prospects and existing clients.
Description
Additional responsibilities will include:
- New Business Sales.
- Design, prepare, present, and implement insurance products to our clients.
- Provide training for new business sales reps.
- Research and maintenance of industry best practices and trends.
- Fulfillment of quota.
- Handle and execute employer enrollment meetings.
- Conduct employer presentations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Possess a four year degree
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a broker/sales executive at a carrier, brokerage or General Agent.
- Possess a current Life and Health License for New York or New Jersey
- Have a proven track record of meeting quota.
- Have strong presentation and organizational skills.
