Broker Sales Executive, New Jersey

We are expanding our staff and seeking Broker Sales Executives to join our New Jersey team.

As a Broker Sales Executive you will work closely with New Business Sales Executives and open new insurance lines with prospects and existing clients.

Description
Additional responsibilities will include:

1. New Business Sales.
2. Design, prepare, present, and implement insurance products to our clients.
3. Provide training for new business sales reps.
4. Research and maintenance of industry best practices and trends.
5. Fulfillment of quota.
6. Handle and execute employer enrollment meetings.
7. Conduct employer presentations.  

Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

1. Possess a four year degree
2. Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a broker/sales executive at a carrier, brokerage or General Agent.
3. Possess a current Life and Health License for New York or New Jersey  
4. Have a proven track record of meeting quota.  
5. Have strong presentation and organizational skills.
