CheckPoint HR revives Aurobindo’s failing HR system

With more than 16,000 global employees in over 100 countries, Aurobindo Pharma is a leading manufacturer of generic pharmaceuticals and active pharmaceutical ingredients. CheckPoint HR represents the USA division with 55 employees.

The Challenge

Aurobindo needed a streamlined HR process in order to gain efficiencies and stay competitive in a constantly changing market space. Aurobindo was also concerned with the threat of too many employees using their days at the end of the year and preferred a system that could plan and track vacation and paid time off in order to help plan the business year accordingly.

The Choice

Aurobindo selected CheckPoint HR’s largest package, CheckPoint Plus, which encompasses payroll, human resources, employee benefits, employee assistance program, training and recruiting.

The Solution

With CheckPoint Plus, employees can send an e-mail to request time off, download company forms, change their personal profiles, view paycheck history, W-2, and enroll in benefits – all while being tracked and approved by managers, human resources, or both.
