We are expanding our staff and seeking Sales Executives to join our New York team. We are seeking candidates with strong prospecting, pipeline management and presentation skills.

As a Sales Executive you will liaison with clients on a daily basis and facilitate the sale of our services which include employee benefit administration, payroll administration and human resource administration.

Description
To fulfill this role, Sales Executives will:

1. Facilitate the sale of our services
2. Support and work closely with marketing and implementation teams.
3. Support and work closely with clients in delivering solutions designed to fit their unique needs.
4. Prospect and manage a pipeline.
5. Manage a full sale cycle.
6. Conduct presentations.  
7. Orchestrate and communicate the implementation needs per client.   

Requirements
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

1. Possess an Associate's degree or higher.
2. Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience within a business to business sales environment.
3. Possess a current Life and Health License for New York or New Jersey  
4. Have a proven track record of successful closes.
5. Have prior experience prospecting.
6. Have strong presentation and client management skills.
7. Excellent communication skills in order to work with clients at all levels, including "C-level decision-makers".
8. Strong, innovative sales and marketing skills plus the ability to market organizational strengths successfully.
9. Superior analytical, strategic planning, and listening skills.
