We provide mid-market companies with a Web-hosted, integrated Payroll/HRMS platform to help them better manage their human capital.
Q: What is an ASO?
A: An Administrative Service Organization provides businesses with an integrated, Web-hosted solution in the areas of payroll, human resources and benefits. An ASO can create the same aggregation value as the PEO of yesterday. Using content and administration aggregation, an ASO can significantly reduce the human capital expenditure.
Q: How does CheckPoint HR define "Mid-Market" companies?
A: Businesses with as few as 50 and as many as 5,000 employees are considered mid-market companies. As such, they are ideal candidates for CheckPoint HR's suite of services.

A: We are a business solution that helps you track, manage, and develop your most valuable resource, your employees. Our Web-hosted platform is powered by “UltiPro” technology by Ultimate Software. Also, CheckPoint HR has invested thousands of hours of additional programming to enhance the technology for the mid-market. Many of the benefits are unique, proprietary features of CheckPoint HR.

A: By outsourcing non-revenue producing Payroll/HR functions to CheckPoint HR, you will save significant time while streamlining your operations. CheckPoint HR provides you with a Web-based payroll solutions, HR toolbox, online employee benefits enrollment, benefits administration, recruiting tools, and training. All of this is delivered through a fully integrated, Web-based human resource management system (HRMS).
Q: How will manager self service benefit my management team?
A: Through online self-service, your managers can set up required training , access data on every employee that reports to them, post open jobs, and automatically receive resumes through our HRMS platform.
Q: How will employee self service benefit my employees?
A: CheckPoint HR provides a company intranet whereby your HR department can post messages and important company communications. Also, through the employee self-service functionality of our HRMS platform, your employees will be able to access and update their personal and benefits data 24/7.
Q: What makes your payroll outsourcing solutions unique?
A: Our Payroll/HRMS platform enables you to transmit your payroll data securely, easily, and efficiently via the Internet. Prior to the printing of paychecks or execution of direct deposit, you can view a "Pre-check" register to verify that payroll is perfect every time. With CheckPoint HR, payroll is easy as we give you both online input and online receipt of reports. We never purge your data.
Q: What choices do you offer my company?
A: We offer four tiers (or levels) of service - Payroll Plus, Recruit Plus, HR Plus, and CheckPoint Plus.

A: After we conduct an analysis of your current methodology, our proposal will often demonstrate a reduction in your costs for payroll and HR administration and an increase in operational efficiency. Q: Is CheckPoint HR similar to a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) or Employee Leasing Firm?
A: While there are some similarities between our services and those of a high-end PEO, the differences are more important. First, CheckPoint HR does not require a "co-employment" relationship which is the basis of the PEO model. Unlike a PEO, our clients file their payroll taxes under their FEIN. Employee Benefits and Workers Compensation are placed on behalf of each individual client as opposed to being merged into one large group in the PEO model. This allows for maximum flexibility in plan design.
